Tore Gude has particularly good and close knowledge of Dikemark psychiatric sykehus In 1945 he moved here with his parents and three siblings, where his father began his specialization in psychiatry. Gude himself has worked as a schoolboy, farm worker, laboratory assistant, driver, and psychiatrist at Dikemark. 

This Saturday we invite all interested parties to a tour of the outdoor area where Gude will tell about the history of Dikemark, both in terms of psychiatric treatment, buildings and parks, in addition to small anecdotes from life at Dikemark during the hospital years. 

The tour lasts about 1 hour and is mostly on asphalt, grass and paths in easy terrain. There will be opportunities to sit down along the way. We end the tour at Galleri Dikemark where coffee is served.

Afterwards, it will be possible to visit the exhibitions that are shown in connection with REKREASJON at Dikemark.

TIP!
